Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Fluent Forms, Ninja Forms and Elementor Pro have native messaging actions, with optional contact sync to a tag and group.
Rules cover New Order, Customer Note, native order statuses, Low Stock and Out Of Stock. Checkout consent works with classic and block checkout, and HPOS is supported.
Registrations and profile changes sync contact identities and role tags. WooCommerce orders sync contacts and optional checkout consent for use in flows.
Enable cart reminders with an unticked shopper consent checkbox. Recovery links are signed, expire and work once, and cart data is removed on uninstall.
Optionally verify phones at registration, require a second step for selected roles, and enable passwordless login or phone password reset. It can also load Website Chat and Web Push widgets when those separate paid Zender plugins are active and allowed by the workspace plan.
Upload plugin.zip in Admin, Plugins and activate WordPress. Enable WordPress and API Access on the workspace plan.
Download the branded connector from Integrations, then add it in WordPress through Plugins, Add New Plugin, Upload Plugin and activate it.
Open the Connection page, choose Connect, approve access and run Test Connection. Review the routing summary before enabling notifications.

No. WooCommerce 9.0 or newer is required only for store features. Form actions, contact sync and phone sign-in work without it, and each optional integration needs its own host plugin to be active.
Routing and sender choices are managed in the connected Zender site, not in WordPress. The connector follows that site policy, so notification rules keep their content while routing stays in one place.
Cart records and pending reminders are always deleted. Other connector data follows Delete Data On Uninstall. Disconnect before removal if you want to revoke the saved connection and webhook.
