Staff Copies and Alerts
Add a Staff Copy to a rule with comma-separated phone numbers. Ticket rules can also notify the assigned admin and department staff with ticket notifications.

Ticket Replies by Text
A client's text reply is matched to a verified or unique client phone and added to their most recently created active ticket. Unmatched replies stay in the Log.

Phone Verification
Confirm phone ownership at registration, on phone change and at checkout. Clients get a code and enter it to continue, and editing the number requires a new code.

Two-Factor Codes
Enable the Codes provider in WHMCS Two-Factor Authentication so clients and administrators can confirm a phone and enter a messaging code at sign-in.

Client Preferences and Log
Clients choose Text me about my account. Rules respect it, and a delivery widget and per-client Message History show message status. Transport failures, HTTP 429 and server errors retry with backoff, up to five attempts.
How It Works
Install and Enable
Upload plugin.zip in Admin, Plugins and activate WHMCS. Enable WHMCS and API Access on your plan, plus the channels you plan to use.
Install the WHMCS Module
On the Integrations page choose Download Module, upload its modules folder to your WHMCS root and activate the addon.
Connect and Test
In the addon, choose Connect, approve access in Zender, run Test Connection, then enable the message rules you want.

The addon keeps its data unless Delete Data On Uninstall is enabled. When that option is on, deactivating the addon removes its settings, rules, queue, logs and signup field.
