Recurring Plan Billing

Credit Packs and Orders
Credit packs and Market orders use payment-mode Checkout. A purchase completes only after Stripe confirms it with a webhook, never from the browser redirect alone.

Refunds From Admin
Issue full or partial refunds from the admin side. Refund requests carry idempotency keys, and refunds made in Stripe are recorded back in Zender automatically.

Dispute Tracking
When a customer opens a charge dispute, Stripe notifies Zender and the dispute is recorded against the related transaction, with its reason, status and evidence due date.

Signed Webhook Security
Every webhook must carry a valid timestamped signature within five minutes. Unsigned or stale requests are rejected, so a forged call cannot mark an order paid.
How It Works
Install the Plugin
Upload plugin.zip in Admin, Plugins, install Stripe, then open Configure. Activate the plugin once the required credentials are saved.
Add Your Stripe Keys
Enter your Secret Key and the Webhook Secret. Copy the displayed Webhook URL into Stripe and enable the listed webhook events.
Start Accepting Payments
Stripe appears as a payment option at checkout for supported purchases. Orders complete after Stripe confirms the payment.

No. There is no Stripe plan feature switch. The gateway only has to be installed, active and configured by an administrator, and your merchant account must accept the site's billing currency.
What if a payment stays pending?
Check your webhook deliveries in Stripe. Confirm the signing secret, the HTTPS endpoint, your server clock and the required events. Returning from Checkout alone never completes a purchase, so webhooks must arrive.
Which Stripe webhook events are required?
Enable checkout.session.completed, customer.subscription.created, customer.subscription.updated, customer.subscription.deleted, invoice.payment_succeeded, invoice.payment_failed, charge.refunded and charge.dispute.created. The Secret Key begins with sk_ and the webhook signing secret begins with whsec_; they are different credentials.
