Use flows to handle cash on delivery answers. COD writebacks can add order tags or cancel an order with restocking, without requesting a refund or a Shopify customer notification.
Abandoned checkout reminders check opt-outs, the store's marketing switch, purchase status and sending hours. A completed checkout or matching purchase stops recovery automatically.
Shopify customer records supply email and SMS marketing consent. Unknown consent sends no cart reminder. Obtain explicit SMS consent before enabling reminders to US recipients.
The Shopify page has Stores, Orders, Automations and Messages tabs, shown according to permissions. See connection health, order and COD status, shared automations and related message activity.
Customer redaction events erase that customer's store data. Raw webhook payloads are cleared after seven days and delivery rows are deleted after 30 days. Deactivating keeps store and order history.
