A branded gateway module installs in Perfex and supports SMS, WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business. Under Setup > Settings > SMS you connect, test or disconnect and see a read-only routing summary.

Business Event Triggers
Perfex's native SMS templates stay available, and Business Event Triggers add grouped templates for CRM events. Expand a group, write a message, choose recipients and optionally map a WhatsApp Business template.

Safe Recipient Rules
Related contacts must be active and allow the matching notification topic. Responsible staff come from record assignment, and security messages go only to Staff Alert Numbers and omit passwords and codes.

Manual And Bulk Sending
Use Send Message on a contact, lead or staff profile, or Send Bulk Message from the Customers, Contacts or Leads lists. Review recipient counts and skipped reasons before queuing.

Verification And Sign-In
Phone verification and sign-in codes are delivered through your Zender site. This needs the OTP / Verify API and an eligible delivery channel enabled on the plan.

Routing In One Place
Channels, senders and fallback are managed in the connected Zender site, not in Perfex. Phone numbers keep a leading plus, and Zender applies its own number handling and unsubscribe rules.
How It Works
Install And Activate
Upload the plugin ZIP in Admin > Plugins and activate Perfex. In Admin > Plans, enable Perfex, API Access and the sending channels you need.
Download The Module
Open Integrations > Perfex and choose Download Module. Install the branded module in Perfex through the module uploader.
Connect And Configure
Under Setup > Settings > SMS, click Connect, run Test, then activate the provider and fill in the templates you want to use.

What is Perfex Plugin for Zender?
Perfex Plugin is a CRM integration for Zender that connects Perfex CRM notifications, phone verification and sign-ins to your messaging channels.
Does it replace Perfex's own SMS templates?
No. Perfex's native SMS templates remain available. The connector adds its own grouped Business Event Triggers alongside them. Blank templates stay disabled, so nothing is sent for an event until you write a message.
Who can receive the messages?
Supported choices are Related Customer Contacts, Responsible Staff and Staff Alert Numbers, and only the relationships a trigger supports appear. Missing phones, inactive accounts and unsubscribed numbers cannot receive messages, and company phone numbers are never used as a fallback.
Can I send to many contacts at once?
Yes. On the Customers, Contacts or Leads list, choose Send Bulk Message and select rows or everything matching the current filter. You review the recipient count and skipped reasons before queuing the messages.
Is this plugin free with the Extended license?
Yes. Zender Extended license holders get this plugin for free. With a Regular license, it is sold at the price shown on this page.
