Customers pay on Paystack's hosted checkout. Checkout creates or reuses a Paystack plan and starts a transaction linked to the local plan and workspace, so billing stays consistent.

Recurring Subscriptions
Monthly and yearly plans are supported. Subscription and charge events update workspace access through Zender billing, so customers gain and lose access as their payments succeed or stop.

Credit Packs And Market
One-time checkout covers credit packs and Market purchases. The pending purchase completes only when Paystack confirms the charge, not when the customer merely returns to your site.

Five Currencies
The plugin accepts NGN, USD, GHS, ZAR and KES. A gateway that cannot charge the site's billing currency is left out of checkout, so customers only see options that work.

Signed Webhooks
Webhook requests are verified by checking the raw request body's x-paystack-signature with HMAC-SHA512, using your Secret Key. There is no separate webhook secret field to manage.

Refund Event Tracking
Processed refund events are recorded in the local refund ledger, so your records match what Paystack completed. Refunds themselves are started in the Paystack dashboard.
How It Works
Install The Plugin
Upload the ZIP in Admin > Plugins and install Paystack. Open Configure when offered, then activate the plugin.
Add Your Secret Key
Enter the Secret Key from your Paystack merchant account. Check that the site's billing currency is enabled on that account.
Register The Webhook
Copy the read-only Webhook URL into your Paystack webhook settings. Zender handles charge.success, subscription events and refund.processed.

Check that the plugin is installed and active, the Secret Key is saved, the site currency is one Paystack supports, and the plan billing period is not lifetime. A gateway that cannot charge the site's currency is omitted.
Does the plugin issue refunds from the admin panel?
No. You start refunds in the Paystack dashboard. When Paystack sends a processed refund event, the plugin records it in the local ledger. Pending or failed refunds do not count as returned money.
Do Extended license holders get a discount?
Yes. Zender Extended license holders buy this plugin at a reduced price. With a Regular license, it is sold at the price shown on this page.
