Booking In Chat
The Offer Times flow node presents two to ten available times in a chat. WhatsApp Business uses a list and SMS uses numbered replies, and the chosen time is rechecked before booking.

Flow Nodes And Reminders
Start flows on booked, rescheduled, canceled, no-show or timed events. Send a personal booking link, wait for a booking, or update an appointment to cancel, mark no-show or confirm.

Optional Google Calendar
Booking works without Google. If you add your own Google OAuth client, appointments sync to member calendars, busy periods block slots, and Google Meet links can be added.

Manage And Personal Links
Team members create and manage appointments from the Bookings area. Customers get personal manage links, and members can subscribe to an ICS feed of their schedule.

Install And Activate
Upload the plugin in Admin, activate it and enable Appointment Booking on eligible plans. Add Chat Flows if you want booking nodes.
Set Up Services And Team
Configure your booking page, then add services with durations and buffers and set each team member working hours and time off.
Go Live And Add Reminders
Enable the booking page, optionally connect Google Calendar, and publish an Appointment flow to send reminders for the events you choose.
